The urgent unasked question of Trump and his lawyers
Needed to smoke out the magnitude to his threat to the Constitution
Reporters need to ask former President Donald Trump and his lawyers involved in the appeal of the Colorado Supreme Court decision disqualifying Trump under section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment in the U.S. Supreme Court whether he will state unconditionally that he would voluntarily comply with any decision of the latter (which includes three of his appointees) and urge his Stop the Steal supporters to comply likewise even if it is adverse. Trump has already said he believes the Constitution can be terminated if electoral fraud is alleged and that he had a right to do anything he wanted as president under Article II. If Trump or his lawyers refuse to answer or resort to evasion, then we will know Trump is out to destroy the Constitution root and branch.
